The City of Streetsboro Ohio is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online.

There is a 3.25% or $2.95 service fee on non-water payments for making credit card payments on this site. Your card will be charged the higher amount.  

For Water Payments, there is a 3.15% or $2.75 service fee, whichever is the higher amount will be charged.

EFT/ACH payments using your bank account and routing number will be charged a service fee of $1.50.

To make a Water payment by phone, please call (844) 943-3983. Please note there is an additional $.95 fee for these payments in addition to the fees listed above.

Please note Autopayments for water invoices will process on the day before the Due Date.
